Dometic RV fridge shelf, exact replica of an existing shelf. On my fridge, there was no shelf into the freezer part. It was the same as in the fridge part, so I design and print one. As a bonus, this shelf prevents food on grill to fall when opening the door after a trip. They are staying in place.
You will need a large 3d printer for this.
Printed with my old but still working well stock 400x400mm Anycubic Chiron in diagonal.
Print in PLA or PETG.
Minimum 4 walls , 4 bottoms and tops layers.
With a 0.6 mm nozzle 0.3 mm layer hight.
Hardest part was to design the sides attachement. Tooks me like 4 attemps to have it wright.
