My workmate is very practical, but sometimes I just need a larger flat area to work on in my garage. So I took a rest of a wooden board, and attached two of these mounts so I can fix it firmly on top of the workbench.
Only additional material needed is a wooden board, some screws (M3.5 or similar) and optionally glue.
To make the mounts fit your needs, you can adjust some dimensions in FreeCAD in the dim spreadsheet.
Printing
PETG, almost standard setting, infill modifier along the line of screw holes for more strength. For further details see 3mf file attached.
