The model from @DennisP was pretty awesome, but I didn't like how the actual glasses holders connected (and fell off a lot) from the spine. So I remixed it with a rounded spine. The holders now will not only not come off, but you can adjust them so that you can get to your glasses easier.
It's not as parametric, but that's because I'm not as talented as the original author.
