Print instructions

This is a camera mount for the Logitech C270 webcam for a Prusa Mini. As you can see in the picture it mounts on the Z axis motor by friction. It is very tight and wont come off. It doesn't contact anything or alter Z height in any way. It gives a nice view of the nozzle for The Spaghetti Detective. I run the wire through the Z wire sheathing to add more stability. This uses the stock pin and screw that comes with the C270.

Depending on your start Gcode you will want to alter it some so the nozzle is not heating up right by the camera face. I set mine to move the nozzle to X150 after mesh bed leveling so it will heat up away from the camera. When the print is over it also moves the nozzle to X150. I have had no issues when the nozzle moves over to home when it is warm. It does not touch but it is close to the camera and may cause issues if it sat there long term.

I printed mine in PETG. But you can use PLA. I used .2mm quality. Supports everywhere with a support "Contact Z distance" of .05mm. I used 15% infill.

This even clears the Z Axis Brace!
