I have created my own “open case” around my printer. To organize Tools and stuff all around it i created a couple of little models I want to share with you.
- Nozzle Rack. (with recess for screw angle) It holds E3D V6 Nozzles, Nozzle Adapter and Nextruder Nozzles for Prusa MK4. Cleaningsticks, wire brush and tweezer has a place too. Combined with chips to remember wich nozzle size is mounted.
- Tool Tray (Werkzeugablage) without and with recess for a screw angle (wich is 40*40mm). It holds all the tools to assemble the Prusa Mk4 except the Screwdriver (wich is seldom used after assembling)
- Printsheetholder (Printsheet-Halter) for 4 Printsheets. It needs to screwed on a wall. Each part has a whole for a 3.5mm countersunk screw. Not connected so you can use them for all sizes of sheets
- Hook for pliers (Haken für Zangen) holds 2 pliers. 3.5mm countersunk screw to mount on Wall
- Cleaning cloth hook (Reinigungstuchhaken). I use microfiber cloth to clean my sheets. 2 can bee hooked up with it. 3.5mm countersunk screw to mount it overhead.
- Holder for measuring and deburring tools (Messhalter). A holder for a vernier caliper, feeler gauge and Teddy-Burr with 2 spare blades. Teddy-Burr needs clipper to change places. (see picture)
More will come later when i complete my litte Printer table after MMU3 will be added.
