Hip piece fits: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4925099 - I used hips and legs from this thing.
Arms holes fit: https://printablebricks.com/bricks/Minifig_Arm_Left (mirror or dl right arm as well)
Cylon helmet came from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4915645. I merged it with a head in Blender and downscaled a bit in the Z axis for my make.
Not sure where I sourced hands from.
