I was surprised not to find a holder for 1/4" hex drillbits anywhere, so I made one in Onshape https://cad.onshape.com/documents/e442a4ab6f2dae11b2f36b7e/w/d8343b35aab8d3bf320e8de1/e/73de30764f5655eb9f698df5
Model is 9 cm wide and has 3x7 pockets for a total of 21 drillbits. As pockets are 2.2cm deep I don't think it would be suitable for the average screw bits.
