I made this frisbee, actually for my kids, but it is modeled after disc golf frisbees. It has a diameter of 210mm, and when printed right, you can get it to correct weight as well.
You can use my settings as a starting point, and adjust to your preferences of balance and weight. I increased the number of walls to put more weight on the outer ring, and also 4 bottom layers to give some strength to the center “plate” of the frisbee. With my PLA (generic Clas Ohlson) and my settings, the disc ended at 132 g (in slicer), which is in the ballpark of what is used in Disc Golf (120g - 140g if I am not mistaken). It can easily be adapted to your preference, and even be made quite light to be kid friendly. PETG might be a better option of filament since it is less brittle.
My settings:
PLA
0.3 mm layer height
10 walls
3 top layers
4 bottom layers
10% infill
