Stack the pieces from botton up: base, M4, M5; dump your mixed nuts in and set the lid on top. Hold on tight and shake.
Chamfers should hold the package together and after shaking the top level should only have M5 nuts, M4's on the second level and everything smaller should end up in the bottom.
