A lady brought a Gtech hedge cutter into Chorley Repair Cafe because it wasn't working. We traced the fault to a damaged helical gear in the head. Gtech do not sell spares so we created one and printed it. We printed in PLA (having had success with PLA for a paper shredder gear) but suspect that it would be best printed from resin if possible. We went for 0.2mm layer height. No supports are required.
