Simple cap to block off the 2nd inlet port for the pool pump. We found this necessary to get the skimmer accessory to work properly. There just wasn't enough suction with both inlet (Intex oddly calls them outlets) ports in use.
You could also use the parts that came in the box to do this (where's the fun in that?). The rubber plug accessory will fit under the strainer cap and be held tight when the cap is screwed back onto the port. It was a bit fiddly to get it on right since the OEM cap flexes enough to jump a thread if you try to tighten it flush with the liner.
