Vent for the IKEA LACK Enclosure, or any enclosure that uses acrylic panels. This is great for filaments that prefer room temperature, but you want to keep the enclosure closed. I have a lock on mine for our baby, so these help when printing PLA. Works best for an enclosure already equipped with an exhaust fan.
This requires cutting a 2" x 6" section out of the enclosure. The bottom vent can be placed on any wall. The top vent can only be placed on a door. The top vent needs access from above to remove slot.
Two versions of the vent:
V3 - Vents are in line so you can see through. This option will have better airflow.
V2 - Vents are offset. This option keeps the little ones from shoving things inside the printer housing but still lets air pass through.
The two print files should work nicely. I've changed the bridge settings to help with the top part of the vent. If you find a better solution please post the print file in the User Prints. Thank you and Happy Printing!
