Wheel system for a child/toddlers push along trolley block cart.
Tyres are overall diameter: 100mm x 21mm
Mags are overall diameter: 77mm x 20mm
(4) Axle supports: 65mm x 60mm
(4) Axle is: M6 x 65mm
(4) Nut is: M6 lock nut
(12) SS Screws approx 20mm
Axle washer is to pull the wheel slightly away from the body of the cart so it wont rub.
Reference to sizing - the cart body is W36cm x L49cm x H12cm
You can use whatever material you want but I used;
Tyre (TPU), Mag Wheel (PLA) and Axle Support (PETG)
The tyre fits snug over the rim but depending on your settings may need a dab of glue if preferred.
When putting the axle through the rim and wheel support, place the head of the bolt into the hexagon cavity , use a small spanner on the lock nut and turn the wheel as a the hexagon bolt head cavity locks the rim as tightening.
NOTE:
The mag wheel is a ‘heavy’ remix/variation of another I found quite some time ago, but I cannot find it anywhere now to give credit to the original owner. The original was very small and wide.
Tyre is a basic Tinkercad heavily remixed.
