A 2x SD-card + 4x microSD-card holder in the size of a credit card. Height is 2.45mm so it is ~2.5 times thicker than a credit card, but can be stored in a mechanical wallet (secrid etc).
3d-model looks funky due to the custom modifiers within the 3mf-file.
I have printed this in PETG with 0.4n and .15lh. Some clean up required after removing supports if your bridges droop too much. Simply using some sanding paper strips for the microSD-bridges seems best. Also flattened the SD-card slot “tops” to avoid scratching the cards.
3mf-file contains custom supports and such for prusaslicer, see screenshot or the file for details. (bottom is to ensure the SD-card bridge is monotonic, top one is to have monotonic in the bottoms of microSD-card slots. Strip is for “styling” of the top layer)
