I needed a case for my 21700 batteries. I didn't want to rely on a hinge so I decided on using a threaded cap. I printed it in Both PETG and PLA pro from PolyMaker at .16 layer height but would probably work at .2 with 3 walls and 4 top and bottom layers with 15% infill. it used about 80G of filament and feels pretty strong. will print it in ASA when I Get my enclosure set up and update the model if needed.
Print lid on the flat side and the case with the holes facing the bed.
