This is a 4in vice block for a mil-spec buffer tube. This block will not fit properly on commercial tubes. I have also made a commercial block that can be found here.
No supports are needed and speeds/feeds/resolution don't really matter. Just make sure you get good adhesion between layers and a relatively dense infill to prevent breaks while in the vice.
