I created these wand parts using openscad. Feel free to use that file as a basis to create more wand parts.
These wants will screw into each other - as long as you keep the dimensions the same between parts. They fit pretty snug, so no glue should be required. However, if you print the parts vertical, they can break easily at the screw / attachment because of the way 3D printers layer. I'd recommend flipping it on the side and printing with supports to avoid this… Or tell the kids to be careful.
