Based on the design of my Heavy Duty Band Clamp Holder I realized once mounted that the outer lip was large enough it required me to loosen the clamp to remove from the wall. This variations reduces the diameter to not require that.

To mount it uses 4 Hillman's Wall Dog 1-½ inch Hi-Lo Steel Pan-Head Philips Anchors which are found on Amazon and at hardware stores like Home Depot in the United States.

It features 2-½ inches of clamp room between flared mount and flared end. It is 3-½ inches squared at wall with rounded corners. The shaft is 1 inch thick (reduced from 1-½ inches thick). It has a distance from the wall of 3-5/16 inches.

I made mine from Prusament PETG.
