Processing a large harvest of herbs for extracts and cooking can be time consuming. This simple yet effective tool reduces the time required by simply inserting the stem of the herb into an appropriately sized hole and pulling through to knock off the leaves. Pretty straight forward - however - this tool has another trick. The large rounded end works beautifully for scooping out the centers of squashes and melons!
The overall design is thick enough to be sturdy, yet small enough to fit easily in a drawer.

- Perimeter count is not a huge issue, I used 4 to beef up the scraping edge
