I designed this to fit my Arrow Antenna 121.5-3 Arrow II Hand Held Portable antenna. It mounts the antenna elements to the main handle when not in use. It uses M4 nuts that are inserted during the print and and 15mm button head cap screws.
I have tested this in the shop and it appears to work well. I will update with any changes that are implemented after some field use.
Note: It appears to work well with just one, but I plan to start out using two of these mounts for redundancy.
This was printed on a Prusa MK3S+ using Prusa Slicer with the default settings for a 0.8mm nozzle and “0.55mm DRAFT” print settings.
