The original remix uploaded by Fercik was good, but made some modifications. The spool holder no longer requires washers and the spools will stay on the bearings as they had a tendency to fall off with Fercik‘a version.
This version uses 3x10x4 bearings .

Note - if you offset the bearings like I did in the photos there will be no need to adjust the spool holder.
