There are many great options for a K1 extruder switch locking clamp. This is my take on it. I decided for a minimalistic design that could easily be clipped on or removed when necessary.
The sides have a slight inward “bend” so that it will clamp firmly to the side of the extruder mount (see pictures).
I printed mine in PLA, 240c, 300mm/s, 3 walls and 100% infill. No supports are necessary if printed in the orientation shown in the renders.
