This is a replaceable slider part for Olfa 18mm blade knives when the screw hole on the slider becomes damaged and cannot be tightened.
I previously released a replacement part for slider part C here https://www.printables.com/model/413986-replacement-slider-parts-for-olfa-utility-knives.
However, it was also usable for the knife with slider A, but there was an issue with its appearance as some parts protruded from the knife's body. Therefore, I have designed a replacement slider that is compatible with both slider part A and slider part C.
Print settings:
- Filament: PETG
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Supports: No
- Perimeters: 2
Required other than printed parts:
- 1x M4 nut
Assembly:
- It's as simple as threading an M4 nut onto it.
Notes:
- The terms like “Slider part A” or “Slider part C” are the designations I found on the Japanese version of the Olfa's online store. Since I couldn't find the designations for slider parts in other languages, I have used the designations “Slider part A” and “Slider part C”.
