A replacement wheel for a Henry vacuum Airo brush head.
This is printed at 0.2mm layer height and in PLA.
Orientate this model in your slicer at a 45 degree angle as shown in the photos and use supports.
This will give better strength across the axel so it wont just snap across your layer lines the first time you use it.
I don't have a full breakdown for this repair as it was originally made over 2 years ago but should be fairly easy to replace.
As this had been in use for over 2 years it shows this has strength and durability.
