This is a replacement for my broken shower head holder. In the design I also added the original notches that hold the shower head at various angles.
Designed using SolidWorks and Rendered with Rhino 3D
I've added the original SolidWorks file and .STEP file for your use if you want to make any changes for your own shower head.
