A lightweight spacer for installing limit switches on an Atomstack A5 Pro, will probably work on many others. It is a fairly easy, light print. If printing with PLA, don't overtighten.

Allows installation of the kind of switches found here https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B07VWRS24K?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 on an Atomstack A5 Pro laser engraver, with very little loss of usable engraving space. It will probably work on any Laser engraver with the same kind of aluminium housing. Throw in a couple M3 T-nuts, M3x12 screws, maybe a Dupont extender for the X axis, and you're good to go.

The recess in the model allows to use the full travel of the switch actuator. I advise installing one on top of the X axis on the left side, and the other one below the Y axis on the bottom left.

You can also drop a shorter M3 bolt in the hole in the corner of the switch IC when tightening the middle bolt, to minimize slippage/rotation of the switch.

Works with both the original A5 Pro IC, or the upgrade Air Assist / 32-bit AIC1.

I strongly advise following this great video by the Lightburn team, with the sculpfun X9  :
