I re-did GhostCells model from scratch and made it parametric so you can choose how many holes you want. I also changed the thickness here and there to make it print faster and with less material. I added some margin to the holes, which are 29.3mm, so that the tubes can slide in without any friction ;)
I have include files for sizes 2-6 and the Fusion360 file if anyone wants to edit it further.
