Replacement frames for Gira System 55. You can choose from single outlet to 5x outlet frames.
All my original frames and plates (white) are breaking after 15 years, so i decided to CAD and print them, adding some design improvements compared to the original.
Print settings for best results:
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Line width: 0.4mm
- Support: no support, is already included in 3d model
Print the frames with the front face on the build plate. I use dark gray PLA for best aesthetics. After printig, break away the support from the back side through the circular openings.
I've already designed matching switch plates, power outlets and blind cover. Look into my other models…
UPDATE 21.09.2023: corrected the frame grid distance from 72mm to 71mm
