Ah, I need that ball…
Well. I used one from some eye cream tube I found (hope she won't notice) - see photos. They are exactly 4.5mm in diameter.
Perhaps, you may have those metal balls with the same diameter somewhere around. As Tridense mentioned in the comments, bearing balls should also work here.
