I present to you my articulated Pikachu
It is 100% articulated, it can be put in different positions.
It prints in place, with support. It is compatible with PLA.
For a perfect multicolor print, you need 6 colors (Cream, brown, gold, black, pink, white) but if you are on MMU you can replace the brown with Gold after printing the brown to have the same result.

Personally I printed it in 0.2mm
Support needed, three are OK
An infill of 15-20% is recommended for strength.
There is no need for a raft or edge, a well-adjusted deck is enough.
