Screw with a twist.
Print all parts. Put together top and bottom of the screw and put the nut on the screw until you cannot see the gap anymore.
Now you should not be able to unscrew the nut until you know the trick.
Print without supports. Layer height <0,16mm for the threads should be fine.
SPOILER: hold the screw at the threaded end, or push the two parts together to unscrew the nut.
