Update:01-20-30

added a cover for the back hole of old exhaust fan.

Update: 04-30-24

added 3mf file for the whole project and Orca layout.  In this project, I added a HEPA filter right angle on back of Tophat.  This is a combination and remix of Voron 2.4 HEPA Filter by jmillerfo | Download free STL model | Printables.com with Exhaust 90 - Printable Voron User Mods - Team FDM.  I have printed this in PETG and it works great.  The filter fits perfect and there is lots of room for Carbon below the filter.  The 4mm OD filament tubing slides right in around the bend so its one continuous piece of tube from the dry box I have on top of the printer.

Complete update: 10-6-23

loaded new files for fusion 360.  Was able to print in Orcaslicer using normal supports, rectilinear base pattern and rectilinear interlaced for interface pattern.  .2 default Topz spaceing.

It was a pain in the butt to remove supports and not perfect but after cleaning it up with small flathead and razor knife, it turned out pretty good.  I got lazy and just glued the pieces together with a good super glue and activator but add something to connect the pieces like the original if you like I had hard time printing as it was.

Need to orient on slicer bed.

printed .28 layer height using Orcaslicer stock profile for Voron 2.4.  It is pretty fast so might need to tone it down a little for your printer.

printing with Black ASA at 15% infill Gyroid.

normal supports, rectilinear base pattern and rectilinear interlaced for interface pattern,

0.2 default Topz spacing.
