Simple stackable tray. Print with zero top or bottom layers and adjust infill (obviously grid is my choice) to get different screens on the bottom.

I came up with these after accidentally dumping a good amount of loose desiccant beads on the floor. Cleaned everything up and there was dust and small rogue pieces of scrap filament mixed in, so wanted to clean it up and came up with this. I printed from 15% to 50% but honestly as you can see the finer meshes were far too fine and almost nothing made it down that far. On the upside, it's quick and easy to print several at different meshes and figure out which ones work for whatever it is you're sorting.

Did a great job separating the desiccant beads from the dust and other debris.

Note: if you download and print this and wonder why it doesn't have a mesh in the bottom, stop and re-evaluate your ability to follow directions. 😉
