Unveil the power of personalized airflow management with the FlexiFlow Modular Duct System, a meticulously crafted design enabling optimal airflow control within or outside your CPU case. This fully parametric ensemble offers a rich array of customization options to adapt to your unique hardware setup.

Key Features:

  1. Nozzle Selection: Tailor the nozzle size to your 3D printer, ensuring a smooth printing experience and a precise fit.
  2. Adjustable Wall Thickness: Starting at 4* nozzle size, adjust this parameter to accommodate changes in nozzle size.
  3. Fan Screw Placement and Diameter Customization:
    • HolePitchX and HolePitchY: Dictate the distances between screw holes on the X and Y axes to achieve a secure attachment for your fan.
    • ScrewDiameter: Adjust to align with your fan's screw specifications for a seamless assembly.
  4. Duct Diameters:
    • Duct Diameter_1: Adapt to your fan's diameter for a snug fit.
    • Duct Diameter_2: Adjust this parameter to control airflow distribution; a larger diameter spreads airflow while a smaller diameter focuses and accelerates the airflow.
  5. Duct_2 Height: Alter to balance between enhanced airflow and design stability.

All other parameters are auto-calculated to provide a hassle-free customization journey. This model is designed with 2 or 4 clips for direct attachment to the CPU case, with the centers of clips always maintaining a correct distance of 20mm, up to 280mm, based on your size preferences. The liberty to modify other parameters is preserved for those who wish to further tweak the design. The FlexiFlow Modular Duct System is crafted not just as a design, but as a solution towards efficient and personalized airflow management. If this design fits your requirements, stay tuned. With enough support, I'm looking forward to presenting a cable management project next!

Last Observation: If a simple fan clip attachment is desired, set the duct_2 height to zero., it's advisable to keep Duct Diameter_1 and Duct Diameter_2 the same to avoid undesirable results. Diverging sizes might yield usable outcomes but could also lead to unexpected and possibly unfavorable results. If a simple fan clip attachment is desired, set the duct_2 height to zero.
Additionally, this project can be utilized inside the case, provided there's adequate space to mount your PC fan.

Update 29-September-2023:

Added a new Clip, it should use less material, however i am not sure it will make it more stable as i do not have this case, Clip_1 is a little harder to print and was taken from case step file from contest, while Clip_2 was taken from clip step file from contest file. there is also a new parameter to choose offset between new clip and body, if you want it to be deeper body, just choose a negative number.
observation: for choosing Clip1 or Clip2 just make the object visible that you want and invisible the one you don't want and export to STL whole project.
