The CalDigit TS4 is the unquestionable king of Thunderbolt 4 docking stations. It does, however, run very warm.

Cool off that way-too-warm CalDigit TS4! Fits 2 40x10 fans!
Before - 1 hour of heavy use: 51c measured TS4 enclosure temp
After - 1 hour of heavy use: 34c measured TS4 enclosure temp
BOM:
Branding doesn't matter - this isn't meant to be PWN or high airflow. Here's what I used:
[2x] Noctua NF-A4x10 5V PWM, Premium Quiet Fan with USB Power Adaptor Cable, 4-Pin, 5V Version (40x10mm, Brown)
(optional - [2x] or [1x + a pc fan y-adaptor]) OPSFALCON 2 Pack USB to 3-Pin / 4-Pin PWM 5V USB Sleeved Fan Power Adapter Cable, USB to 3 Pin / 4 Pin Case Fan Adapter Connector Cable (USB-3Pin/4Pin Cable)
Print:
PLA/PETG/ABS/Whatever
.2mm layer height
100% infill
(note: I used older filament and the whispy stringing made a sort of built-in fan filter! Don't be shy if you get stringing on this print between the grills - it's a feature, not a bug!)
