I purchased several Lifetime Brand tables with folding legs from a local big box store. They're great except the clips that hold the legs in storage position break easily. Replacement clips for Model LPPRMB 5008 with the product ID 1008825 are not available online so I made my own.
Lifetime makes several tables that are very similar. I believe these clips will work with any model that places the clips in the same location. There is a photograph showing several mounting locations and the location of these clips on the underside of the table.
I made my test prints with PLA just to try them out with the intention of printing them for actual use with PETG or something more durable. I find that the PLA prints are stronger than the original plastic so I'll wait until they break to use a stronger filament. (EDIT: PLA deforms over time and doesn't hold well long term. PETG is a much better choice for durability.)
