This specific chuck is for 2X1.5 substrates (typically used in photovoltaics). Using the fusion file you can modify the file to suite your needs. The original design drawings and STL file is available in Ossila's Official website.
I have printed it with polypropylene (PP) because i needed it to be chemicaly resistant to organic solvents. For water solutions you could used PETG as well.
If you use PP do your research for bed adhesion (i used PP tape on glass bed).
