This is a replacement for my National boxfan foot 'tilter' extension which tilts the fan upwards. I accidentally dropped the fan while the tilter was extended and broke it. It's essentially a direct copy of the broken part (which I have already discarded), or rather, of the sole surviving (black) other tilter. The model design departs slightly from the original underneath the foot, for ease of CADding, and I think that actually makes it stronger. The replacement snaps into the fan's foot, and also snaps into both the extended or stowed positions like the original.

I printed the replacement in 0.2mm layers in the model's default orientation (recommended, as the thin booms need to flex in use), but due to it's lack of a flat base surface, I used a raft underneath. In blue PLA, it's still serving me fine. I believe PETG would be just as good, if not a better material to make this with.

I found that my KDK fan also uses the same foot design! Both brands' model numbers are in the photos here. These are out-of-production fans, but are still working till now. Would be a waste to toss them just because of a minor broken part.
