Here is my simple but thanks to desing enough strong hook.
Enough strong to keep basic thinks like a bag or some camping seat.
I use “black screws” used for drywalls.
I recommend to use at least 3 perimeters. Then you can use about 20% infill. Enough strong in most cases. I use PLA.
