you need two pins for each arm rest so four pins total for one chair.
I printed in PETG at .20mm, 20% infill seemed to be fine. Higher temperature would probably be better because the pins are somewhat in shear.
To remove the cover there is a SQ0 square bit on the bottom. Remove this and pull the cover backwards and it will come off.
