After printing you should seal the vase from the inside with some epoxy resin or something similar to ensure that it is waterproof so it wont leak.
You can improve the printing quality by using 0,2mm or 0,1mm layer height, but it takes more than a day to print so i used a resolution of 0,3 mm.
