To change colors, in Cura: Extensions -> Post Processing -> Modify G-Code
Add a script -> Pause at height
Add 3 times
Change at layer height 12, 14, and 16 (Adjust layers for thin models)
Change retraction to 25mm
Tip:
Print several as one of them will have some artifacts from filament change
