Easy to print hair bands. They fit my wife and are 12.5cm wide at the widest point and 15cm high. All the CAD assets are included should you want to resize it for personal use.
The normal version is 1cm thick all the way around. The version with the tapered width is 2cm wide at the top and graduates down to 1cm thick at each side at the bottom. The tapered width version is stiffer.
Printing
This is made to be printed with its front side directly on the print bed with no supports with a 0.2mm layer height. I use an 0.4mm nozzle.
The Bambu 3MF in the files area was used to produce the model in the above pictures with Extrudr NX-2 matte orange for the normal width band and Extrudr NX-2 matte blue steel for the tapered width band.
