Text can be changed in PrusaSlicer to whatever you want; I've used surnames in the past when I hand these to friends and then program their emergency contact information into the card
Recommend using a filament color that contrasts with the RFID/NFC cards you use.
Printing at a .2 layer height means you can use PrusaSlicer to insert a pause command at 4.20mm to place the card and then continue the print.
