For those times when you want to bring along more ammunition than your rifle holds, but don't want it rattling around in your pockets.
I designed this for use with a single shot .22lr a friend of mine hunts small game with. it lets him bring 10 extra cartridges along without fumbling in his jacket for them.
I also use it on the forestock of my Browning SA-22 which loads through a tube fed magazine. Convenient.
Print the back padding in TPU and it snugs nicely against the wood without slipping or scuffing the finish.
