My wife asked for something to hold her yarn spools while she uses them. I came up with this for her. The spindle is .25 inches and has a 1% draft from the base to the tip to make it easy to put the yarn on.
You may want to print this with 3 to 4 walls and 30 to 50% infill to give the rod more strength and stability because it's is fairly thin if you don't
