A little block that doubles up the mounting point of the x-axis rails where they connect to the Z-Axis.

With the original mounting blocks I found that it is possible to rotate the sheet metal piece around the z-axis, affecting accuracy of the print.

Print four blocks, they should be a tight fit on the rails.

To install them, simply remove the original M3x6 screws, fit the new block where the screws used to be and use two M3x12 flat head screws (or one M3x10 in the front and M3x16 in the back) to screw the new block one the old one. This creates a sandwich around the sheet metal, making a strong mount.

Tip: make sure the setscrew on the original mounting block is tight, this prevents the block from moving when removing the screws and increases stability.

Hardware needed: 8x M3x12 flathead screw (or 4x M3x10 (front) and 4x M3x16 (back) flathead screw)

Print with high infill and 5 walls, to increase rigidity.
