I didnt like the feeling of hard plastic if i work with tools, so i searched for a solution for it. And this came out. A customizable Handle with Grip Inlets. You can be very creative with the Colours. I designed it also bigger, for better fit for my big hands. I printed the handles in PETG and the Inlets in TPU. I put 3MF Files for Bambulabs, with optimized print setup for strong tough bottom area where the blade comes in and a lighter area for the upper area to save filament and time for printing. There are a big and a small variant of the handle including big and small inlets. For Bambu users i recommend to print the TPU inlets on the engineering plate, so they dont stick to hard on the plate(not recommend the textured plate). I designed the holes for the Hex Keys tight, so you can press them in and dont need glue. I used a Hex Key Set and cut the ends of with a Angle Grinder. It could be very hard to push them in, i needed a hammer ;) but it worked well. I glued the TPU Inlets with Superglue on the Handle and it held on my very good until now.
Big Handles:
4mm to 8mm Hex
File Handle
Small Handles:
2mm to 3mm Hex
I put STL, 3MF for Bambulabs and for Solidworks (if anyone want to change something) in the downloads.
If you want a different variants of intake on the handle, you can write me or comment and we will find a solution :)
