A dagger or mini-sword that can be disassembled and reassembled easily for transport, with no glue, screws, or other adhesive required.  The pommel and handle screw together and into the crossbar.  The blade and crossbar slot together with a pair of inserts loosely connecting them.  When the core rod is pushed in, it presses the inserts into place and snuggly locks the blade to the crossbar, while also giving support to the blade to prevent breaks.

The blade is sized for a 300x300mm print bed, printed diagonally.  The core rod is 380mm long, 8mm diameter.  I used a linear rod from some spare i3-style printer, but it should work just as well with an 8mm wooden dowel, acrylic rod, or similar.
