A mounting clip for the hands-free microphone (slotted clip base) supplied with certain aftermarket car radios. I have a Kenwood unit, but the microphone may be from another brand. Check the included picture to ensure yours have the same slotted-style base.

After printing, I lightly sanded with 400grit paper. The part was then cleaned with 90% isopropyl alcohol. I applied two coats of DupliColour Adhesion Promoter roughly 2-3 minutes apart. Then I applied two coats of ColourBond LVP (#166 Dark Mist Grey) about 10 minutes apart. After drying for an hour I attached it to the dash with 3M VHB tape.

NOTE: I designed this to have a very tight fit with the microphone I have on hand. There may be slight variances in different batches of these microphones. With the tolerances this tight. your printer and its setup might also be a factor. You may need to print multiple time with minor adjustments to scale for the best possible fit.

Also, I would not suggest printing below 0.20mm layer height. At 0.10mm the inner keyway doesn't consistently print properly.
